PRE-ORDER The Music of Bert Joris - The Next Chapter (2027)

Brussels Jazz Orchestra and Bert Joris go way back. When the orchestra was founded more than three decades ago, Bert’s repertoire provided a welcome starting point and was a regular feature of the set list. Over the years, that warm, intense bond of trust led to various collaborations in which Bert alternately took on the roles of composer, arranger, soloist and external consultant. The Music of Bert Joris (2002) is without doubt the most successful BJO album in the discography, beloved from New York to Japan and, for many, the definitive benchmark in the world of big band music. In 2027, to mark his 70th birthday, Bert is treating himself to a new collaboration with the orchestra, in which he once again combines his talent as a composer, arranger and trumpeter with the unique BJO sound: The Music of Bert Joris – The Next Chapter.

Pre order the album now and receive it in the first week of February 2027.
